Four families who lived on base in Hawaii are suing the federal government after they say they became sick from toxic exposure from water that was polluted by two separate jet fuel leaks on US Navy base.


The families attorney Kristina Baehr of personal injury law firm Just Well Law in Austin, Texas says the US Navy hasn't accepted responsibility for extent of the harm caused by the leak. Her clients are having chronic health issues due to the leak and she will fight for them.
