Affected by Mold in OSU Dorms?
Living with mold shouldn't be part of the college experience. We’re here to hold the responsible parties accountable, protect your rights, and pursue the compensation you need to move forward safely.

We are partnering with Bressman Law in Ohio to fight for students at OSU. Students can’t learn if their dorms are making them sick. They have the right to expect safe air at school. And parents have the right to expect that when they pay thousands of dollars in tuition, the university will keep their kids safe.
Who We Are
We are experienced advocates with a record of securing damages for our clients specifically in unsafe housing cases.
Kristina Baehr
Kristina Baehr is a national trial lawyer who represents sick families against the companies and governments that made them sick. After Princeton undergrad and Yale Law, she worked her way up the ranks to partner at a national trial firm. Their teams represented clients against big pharma and tech companies in state, federal and international courts, and their victories led to over $1 billion in revenue for their clients. She then transitioned to the US Attorneys’ Office, where she represented federal agencies like the Army, Air Force, and VA in personal injury cases. When her own family experienced toxic exposure in their home, she left the Department of Justice to build the personal injury firm she couldn’t find. Just Well is a law firm dedicated to justice and wellness.
