Meet Kristina Baehr
My life's work is to serve clients as they pursue recovery of their own health and financial well being.
I believe in the rule of law and a system that holds wrongdoers responsible for the harm they cause. I believe that financial compensation allows the wrongdoer to make amends. And I believe that those who are harmed are entitled to the maximum recovery allowed by law.
I am a national trial lawyer and a fierce advocate. After Princeton and Yale Law, I worked my way up the ranks to partner at a national trial firm. Our teams represented clients against big pharma and tech companies in state, federal and international courts, and our victories led to over $1 billion in revenue for our clients. I then transitioned to the US Attorneys' Office, where I represented federal agencies like the Army, Air Force, and VA in personal injury and employment cases.
And when tragedy hit my own family, I built the personal injury firm I couldn't find. I handle cases in Texas and advise and consult on exposure cases around the country. I also represent military families in federal court.

If your home or work environment has made you or your family sick, you may be entitled to recover from the landlord, property manager, contractor, builder, remediator, HVAC company, or others whose careless or intentional decisions led to your condition.
Claims Against the United States
Where a federal employee or agency has caused harm by their own negligence, you may have a claim against the United States under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
If you or a loved one has been catastrophically injured or died as a result of the negligence of another, you may be entitled to financial recovery for that loss.
We now know that military contractors have created substandard housing conditions on virtually every military base in the country. If you have been injured by those conditions, including by toxic mold exposure, you may have a claim against the contractors who built or maintain your housing.
If you or someone you love has been injured by the negligence of a health care provider, you may be entitled to financial recovery for your losses.
In some cases, a vaccine can cause serious medical harm. In these instances, the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) may provide financial compensation to individuals who file a petition and are found to have been injured by a VICP-covered vaccine. Even in cases in which such a finding is not made, petitioners may receive compensation through a settlement. (Note that VICP does not cover the Covid vaccine).

Why I do this.
Our family lost everything to toxic mold. We walked out of our forever-house with virtually nothing, leaving behind the family bible, wedding albums, lego kingdoms, and favorite stuffed animals. Over $1 million lost, a hundred therapy and doctors' visits, and a CNBC interview later, I built the personal injury firm I couldn't find.
"Thank you for being the shield of protecting we have needed so we can try to heal!! You have fought for us tirelessly as well as every client I know! Thank you from the bottom of my heart"
